Alaska Synchronized Healthcare Services will advocate for clients who need help receiving the best healthcare from their primary care provider. For instance, their primary care provider orders a referral to a specialist..however, the referral gets lost in a healthcare system.  I will assist the client by tracking down the referral and expedite the delays in treatment. At the same time, clients will be educated on how  they can navigate the healthcare system.
